Jadyn Taylor Dixon Attorney

Jadyn Dixon is a civil litigator who represents individuals and businesses in complex probate, fiduciary, and financial disputes both at the trial and appellate levels.  Her practice centers on contested estates, trust and fiduciary litigation, and claims involving misuse or misappropriation of funds, including actions for breach of fiduciary duty, constructive trust, conversion, and related equitable and commercial claims.  Jadyn also handles closely related business disputes arising from fiduciary relationships. 

Jadyn regularly guides clients through all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and pleadings, through discovery, motion practice, and appeal. Jadyn brings strong writing, thoughtful strategy, and a practical, client-centered approach to every case.

Jadyn earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2023, where she served as Student Bar Association President and received the Class of 2007 Distinguished Service Award for making a lasting impact on the law school community.
