Ayahnia Jackson is a civil litigation paralegal at Sugarman Law LLP, where she serves as a central force in supporting six attorneys and overseeing the daily operations of the firm. She plays a pivotal role in advancing complex trust and estate disputes and business litigation matters, including will contests, contested accounting, and breach of fiduciary duty claims involving trustees, executors, and other fiduciary agents. Her ability to manage high-volume casework while simultaneously directing office operations makes her indispensable to both client service and firm efficiency.

Ayahnia joined Sugarman Law LLP in 2022, bringing with her a broad and versatile legal background spanning appeals, juvenile law, condemnations (eminent domain), and criminal litigation. This diverse experience equips her with a multidimensional perspective and the adaptability needed to support clients through intricate and often emotionally charged legal challenges.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA, and a certification in Paralegal Studies, a combination that strengthens her analytical approach, enhances her strategic insight, and underscores her commitment to delivering exceptional legal support.
