Andrew C. MoralesAttorney

Andrew Morales is a litigation attorney representing individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses in complex trust and estate disputes and business litigation. His fiduciary litigation practice includes will contests, contested accountings, and breach of fiduciary duty claims involving trustees, executors, partnership disputes, and other agents. Andrew also litigates commercial disputes involving complex breach of contract claims and business torts, including cases involving breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty, civil conspiracy, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Andrew began his legal career with an Atlanta-based defense firm, where he quickly gained hands-on experience in all stages of litigation. Since joining Sugarman Law in 2025, Andrew has built upon that experience, representing clients in investigation and pleadings, written discovery and depositions, motion practice, and appeals. Andrew brings strong written and oral advocacy to every case, as well as positional litigation strategy tailored to achieve a client’s specific objectives.

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Westminster College, where he studied biochemistry and philosophy. He received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he competed in various moot court competitions and received the Thomas Carl Damewood Evidence Award at graduation. Andrew also spent his third year of law school as a judicial extern in the chambers of Honorable Robert S. Ballou, U.S. District Court judge for the Western District of Viriginia, where he observed all stages of litigation and gained invaluable legal research and writing experience.
